What it all Costs

AWAY DAYS

Adventures such as mountain biking, sailing, climbing and team away days as well as trips to the beach, castles and fruit picking.
Cost to us: from £25 per person

RESIDENTIAL COURSES

These are challenging and exciting outward bound type courses.They consist of up to four nights / five days packed with a diverse range of activities. It includes full board, travel and expert supervision. These courses really stretch the young people both mentally and physically and significantly develop relationships with staff.
Cost to us: from £350 per person.

SPORT IN THE PARK

Run over four days in Battersea Park providing an opportunity for a young person to try a new sport or challenging activity in a friendly family environment. This is complimented by a diverse range of workshops. Approximately 2,000 young people attend.
Cost to us: from £20 per person.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

We organise out of school workshops which include courses in cookery, photography, music, drama, sports, first aid etc. These lead to a certificate of achievement which will be a valuable addition to a young person’s CV.
Cost to us: from £40 per person per course

Together we can make a difference

From £100 to £100,000 we are confident that there is a role that you can play within our charity!  We are a small charity with minimal running costs and a very active team of volunteers.

Company Donations

The simplest and easiest way to support us is with a donation!  You have the additional opportunity of offsetting your charitable giving against your company’s corporation tax.

Sponsorship

Promote your company’s profile and reach new audiences.  Whether it’s sponsoring one of our events or one of our publications, there is a wide range of opportunities to work with us.

Employee Fundraising and Volunteering

Corporate volunteering is a great way to demonstrate that your organisation puts young people, the future of this community, first.  You can engage staff and raise funds for us by holding fun events and activities a superb way of encouraging bonding across all sectors of your business with the benefit of team building, skill development and the feel good factor of supporting a great cause.

Payroll Giving

Employees can donate directly from their salary which is very tax efficient:  Donate £10 per month and only £7.80 is actually taken from their pay packet.  Visit the HM Revenue & Customs website to find out more about this easy to run scheme.

Cause Related Marketing

This helps you develop your brand awareness, increase customer loyalty and increase sales.  In house promotions are a simple way to engage with customers, secure positive PR and raise money for us.

Gifts in Kind

Donated items are always welcome.  They are used as auction or raffle prizes at our events or placed in “goodie bags”.  Or you may be able to offer a venue or services for free or maybe some office equipment or skills training.

You’d be amazed at the range of ways you could help us, so do – please – get in touch to get the ball rolling!  Your help would enable us to continue and increase our presence within our local community.  It would fulfil your social and charitable corporate responsibility and provide a vehicle to enable your staff to gift valuable voluntary hours.  We would welcome the opportunity of working closely with you to create a successful and enjoyable partnership.
